The Wedding Ceremony Organizers

You’re all set with everything related to your Reception – but you’re concerned that because you aren’t getting married in a House of Worship that there’s no one in charge who knows what needs to happen when. Besides – even if you know exactly what you want to happen – you’ll be a little bit busy getting married! We can help!

How it works:
A few weeks before your Wedding you fill out a form detailing all of the events and participants involved in your Ceremony. Then, after a phone or in person appointment, Friend of the Bride prepares a detailed Ceremony Flow of Events – which includes who walks with whom, etc. and sends that off to you to review and modify as needed. Friend of the Bride attends and orchestrates your Ceremony Rehearsal and is present on your Wedding Day at the Ceremony site for an appropriate amount of time before, during and after – as determined by your specific needs. (It’s not uncommon for your family and Wedding Party to be the ones most grateful for this service – they feel much more relaxed knowing someone is there to tell them what to do and when!)

The Last Minute Wedding Organizers

You’re looking forward to doing all the work of planning Your Wedding. But you still want to be able to relax and enjoy Your Wedding Day – without someone tapping you on the shoulder with questions all day. Let them tap on our shoulders instead!

How it works:
A few weeks before your Wedding we meet to go over all of your plans and vendor contracts. Then, Friend of the Bride prepares a detailed Flow of Events for the week of your Wedding – or, at the very least, the Wedding Day – and sends that off to you to review and modify as needed. We meet again early in the week of your Wedding to review any last minute things that may have come up – and for you to “download” any other pertinent information – we walk the site and modify the Flow of Events to reflect the current status of your plans. Then you hand over to us all the worries you may have and begin to relax and enjoy your family, friends and preparations for Your Wedding! We’ll be there at the Rehearsal and all of your Wedding Day. (Breathe a big sigh of relief!)

Design Development

Are you like most of today’s Brides – Design savvy, wanting to created a Wow! experience for your Guests?

Sure, you know how to decorate your home – but this is a Tent – and it’s HUGE – and there are a lot of people coming to your Wedding! Plus, it’s a bit mysterious how the whole Wedding thing comes together with all the various vendors contributing – how do you know all the details you’re creating will come together in a harmonious way?

This is where Friend of the Bride Wedding Design Services comes in. We’ll work with you to develop your own personal aesthetic for Your Wedding – and we’ll oversee the implementation of that aesthetic – from the things you do to the things we do to the things all the rest of your vendors do – lighting, tent, rentals, florist, linen, etc. You have more important things to do on Your Wedding Day!

Design Details
